Before using the AI Assistant
Fill in AI information under global data
Before using the AI Assistant, you need to fill in some basic information about the company for the AI to generate relevant content.
The AI Assistant takes this basic background information into account when creating or modifying text within the text module. The more details you provide, the better the AI content will be tailored to your needs.
To fill in the AI information, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Content > Global Data in the top menu.
- Open the AI Information page in the left menu
-
Fill in the fields under AI Information.
- The ‘Required information’ section must be completed for the AI Assistant to work.
- Any information already entered on the Business Information page will automatically sync to the AI Information page, and vice versa.
- The AI Assistant will generate content in the same language as the website’s setting. For instance, the website above is set to both English and German.

Write with AI
Menu point 1: Write with AI
The "Write with AI" option is the first option you see when opening the AI Assistant menu. It is used to generate text.
Use ‘Write with AI’ to generate text from scratch, or based on existing content in the module. If there is no existing text, ‘Write with AI’ will be the only option available, as the other menu options require existing text to modify.
Click on ‘Write with AI’. An overlay opens up with the following options:
- Title: The title will be generated based on existing content, if any exists. If the module is empty, you must choose a topic. You can also select an h-tag and provide additional information, if you have any custom requirements.
- Paragraph: Choose how long the paragraph should be (short, medium or long), provide a topic and, optionally, additional information.
- Custom prompt: Choose this option if you want to create a custom prompt.
You can add as many paragraphs, titles, and custom texts as you like within a text module. New titles will appear at the top, while new paragraphs will be added at the bottom. Please note that new content will always consider the context of existing content in the module.
Edit with AI
Menu point 2: improve writing
‘Improve writing’ is the second menu point in the AI Assistant. It allows you to improve existing text in the text module you are editing.
How to use ‘Improve writing’:
- When selecting 'Improve writing', an overlay appears displaying the original text on the left and the suggested text on the right.
- Initially, the AI Assistant provides one suggestion. You can click the 'New suggestion' button to receive up to five suggestions.
- If you close and reopen the overlay, the AI Assistant will remember your position, ensuring your suggestions are not lost.
Menu point 3 & 4: Make longer and shorter
‘Make longer’ and ‘Make shorter’ give you the option to transform existing text into a longer or shorter version.
How to make your text longer or shorter:
