E-commerce+ is powered by e-commerce platform provider Ecwid. Ecwid maintains an extensive, white-labeled help center in multiple languages to support the product and guide users.

Should you experience any issues with Ecwid/E-commerce+ and cannot find a solution via the help center, please create a ticket with the Mono Service Team.

If the issue pertains to anything related to subscriptions in RAI, Mono Editor functionality, or other Mono-related problems, the Mono Service Team will help you resolve it.

If the issue pertains to features and functionality delivered by Ecwid, the Mono Service Team will forward your request to Ecwid Support. This may result in longer response times than usual.
