How to log in to email

Once you have added an email subscription in RAI, your client can start using the new email address. They can access their email either by using the online Webmail service offered for free by Mono or by connecting the email address to an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird.

Using Webmail

The acquired email account can be accessed online by logging into Webmail with the credentials you entered for the subscription in RAI.

  • Log into Webmail through mail.yourdomain.com, where "yourdomain" should be substituted by the domain you have registered for the account.
  • If you prefer to log into an SSL-protected version of Webmail with improved data encryption, use https://mail.b.hostedemail.com/.

Setting up a custom login URL for Webmail with SSL protection

On request, Mono can help you create a custom URL containing your business name that your clients can access Webmail from, for example yourbusinessname.webmailserve.com. An SSL certificate can be added to this for improved data security. Please reach out to the Mono Service Team for more information.
