RAI users and permissions

You create and manage RAI users on your reseller account in the Admin menu. Only users with an Admin user role can create and manage users in RAI.

How to create a new user

To create a new user, the Admin must:

  1. Input name of the user
  2. Choose a user role - keep in mind that user roles have different permissions in RAI (see below).
  3. Input the email address of the user.
  4. Choose a user name, which the user will log in with.
  5. Finish by clicking on the Add button.

The new user will receive an email with their user name and an auto-generated password.

  Manage users

Admins can edit or delete users by clicking the Save or Delete buttons. If you, as an Admin, have access to more than one reseller account, you're able to choose which reseller account each user will have access to.
