4: Overview of your engagements

This section displays all your existing On-Site Engagements and their current status. Each On-Site Engagement can be identified by its type (sticky or pop-up), icon, and name.

5: Triggers

When you create a new engagement, or edit an existing one, you can also define the triggers. This section displays a summary of the events that trigger each specific On-Site Engagement.

6: Statistics

View relevant metrics and statistics about each On-Site Engagement. By default, the Opened/Close metrics are always shown, even if their value is 0. Other specific metrics are only shown if they have values, i.e. if the conversion was successful. Here is a list of all the metrics:

Opened: the number of times the On-Site Engagement has been displayed successfully.

Closed: the number of times the On-Site Engagement has been closed, either manually by the user or when the "time to disappear" setting has closed it down automatically.

Links Clicked: the number of times a link has been clicked on the On-Site Engagement. This metric only shows on engagements that have the option to include a link on them.

Phone Links Clicked: the number of times a phone link button has been clicked. This is associated with the Click to Call message type preset.

Files Downloaded: the number of times a download file button has been clicked. This metric is associated with the Download a File message type preset and other engagements that allow you to add a file link.

Email Links Clicked: the number of times an email link has been clicked. This metric is associated with every engagement that allows you to add an email link.

Map Interactions: the number of times an interaction has been performed on a map. This is only counted once a user starts interacting with the map, for example by clicking the location pin. It does not count when a visitor zooms on the map using their mouse. This metric is associated with the Show Location on Map message type preset.

Map Directions Clicked: the number of times the "Get Directions" button has been clicked on a map. This metric is associated with the Show Location on Map message type preset.

Contact Form Submitted: the number of times a contact form has been successfully submitted. This metric is associated with the Submit a Contact Form message type preset.

Newsletter Signups: the number of times a newsletter signup has been successfully added. This metric is associated with the Sign Up to a Newsletter message type preset.

Page Shares: the number of times the site has been successfully shared via email to another person. This metric is associated with the Send to a Friend message type preset.

Twitter Tweets: the number of times the site has been successfully shared on Twitter. This metric is associated with the Share to Social Networks message type preset.
