You must choose which templates you would like to be available in the Quick Creator AI flow. You get the best result by using AI templates, i.e. templates with AI tags incorporated. You can either use Mono's AI templates, or you can create own.
- If you want to use your own templates, you must populate them with AI tags.
- Optional step: If you want additional AI prompts to show up in the AI flow, you can enable these under Website Settings.
Once you are happy with your template, you need to enable it to be available in Quick Creator AI. You do this by selecting "yes" to the Quick Creator and AI dropdowns under the template's settings in RAI.
Let's explore each of these aspects further below:
How to populate your templates with AI tags
AI tags can be added to any template. AI Tags tell the Editor where you want which AI content to go.
Currently you can add AI tags to Text Modules and Gallery Modules.
- Navigate to the template you wish to modify
- Edit the Text or Gallery module where you wish to add an AI tag.
- This prompts the usual Module editing overlay to pop up. Here, you can usually edit things like spacing, border, animation etc. This is also where you add the AI tags.
- Scroll down until you find the AI TAGS section
- Define a value for each of the dropdowns: Grouping, Category, Topic, and Type. These define what type of AI content you want and how it should relate to the content around it. For more information about AI Tags, please read the AI Tag article.
- Under Tag constraints, you can define:
- Word count: How many words should the AI content be?
- Paragraph count: How many paragraphs should the text be split up into?
- Click save. The AI Tag is now added to this text module.
- Repeat for all other Text and Gallery modules that you wish to add AI content to.
- Optional: You can also refine the template with generic industry text and images, to complement the AI content.
Optional: Choose AI prompts for your template
When someone follows the Quick Creator AI flow, they will be given some questions about the company to help prompt the AI.
You can choose if you want some additional questions to appear in the flow. This helps give the AI more context around your SMB prospect you are building the proposal site for.
This is how:
- Navigate to Settings in the top right corner of the template
- Go to Website Settings > Questions to enrich AI's knowledge
- Choose which additional questions should be available in the Quick Creator AI flow:
- What type of services are being offered?
- What type of products are being offered?
- Company Description (short)
- What is the company mission?
For the best effect, remember to also set up the template with the equivalent AI Tag Topic as explained under step 2 in this article. This ensures that you have full control over where the content from the prompt goes on the final website.
For example, if you tick the box "What type of services are being offered?", make sure that you include AI Tags with the Topic: Services on this template.
