How to set up and use Quick Creator AI step by step:

  1. The set-up stage: Account set-up and AI templates
    1. Enable Quick Creator AI for your account by submitting a ticket to support and providing them with your OpenAI API key.
    2. Decide which templates to use in the flow - either Mono's AI templates, or converting your own
    3. If you want to use your own templates, you must populate them with AI tags.
    4. Choose AI enriching questions for your template in website settings
    5. Enable your template to be available in Quick Creator AI through RAI.

  2. The Sales Stage: Using the Quick Creator AI flow
    1. Sales person calls up prospect
    2. While on the phone, they fill in prospect's information into the Quick Creator AI flow.
    3. The sales person can choose between the AI templates set up in the previous step.
    4. Sales person sends the prospect a link to the proposal website.

  3. The Fulfilment Stage: Building out the site
    1. The proposal site goes to fulfilment. They transform it into a finished customer website

Let's explore each of these points in more detail.

1. The set-up stage: Account set-up and AI templates

a. Enable Quick Creator AI for your account

  1. First, create your OpenAI API key. Read how here.
  2. Submit a ticket to the Mono Support Team here, and request access to Quick Creator AI.
  3. Choose the category "Technical support"
  4. Remember to give the support team your OpenAI API key.
  5. Make sure to specify that you would like access to Quick Creator AI, as there is also a version without AI.

b. Decide which templates to use with AI

Any template can become an AI template. You can:

  • Use your existing templates;
  • Use Mono's existing templates;
  • Use Mono's AI templates.

The benefit of using Mono's AI templates is that you can use them as-is. They are already created to be used with Quick Creator AI.

If you use any of non-AI templates, you will need to modify them to work with Quick Creator AI.

We explain how in the next step.

c. If you want to use your own templates: How to populate your templates with AI tags

AI tags can be added to any template. AI Tags tell the Editor where you want which AI content to go.

Currently you can add AI tags to Text Modules and Gallery Modules

  • Navigate to the template you wish to modify
  • Edit the Text or Gallery module where you wish to add an AI tag.
  • This prompts the usual Module editing overlay to pop up. Here, you can usually edit things like spacing, border, animation etc. This is also where you add the AI tags.

  • Scroll down until you find the AI TAGS section
  • Define a value for each of the dropdowns: Grouping, Category, Topic, and Type. These define what type of AI content you want and how it should relate to the content around it. For more information about AI Tags, please read the AI Tag article.

  • Under Tag constraints, you can define:
    1. Word count: How many words should the AI content be?
    2. Paragraph count: How many paragraphs should the text be split up into?
  • Click save. The AI Tag is now added to this text module.
  • Repeat for all other Text and Gallery modules that you wish to add AI content to.
  • Optional: You can also refine the template with generic industry text and images, to complement the AI content.

d. Choose AI prompts for your template

When someone follows the Quick Creator AI flow, they will be given some questions about the company to help prompt the AI.

You can choose if you want some additional questions to appear in the flow. This helps give the AI more context around your SMB prospect you are building the proposal site for.

This is how:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the top right corner of the templatesettings2.jpg
  2. Go to Website Settings > Questions to enrich AI's knowledge
  3. Choose which additional questions should be available in the Quick Creator AI flow:
    • What type of services are being offered?
    • What type of products are being offered?
    • Company Description (short)
    • What is the company mission?

For the best effect, remember to also set up the template with the equivalent AI Tag Topic as explained under step 2 in this article. This ensures that you have full control over where the content from the prompt goes on the final website.

For example, if you tick the box "What type of services are being offered?", make sure that you include AI Tags with the Topic: Services on this template.

  3. Enable the dropdowns:
    • Quick Creator: Yes
    • Is AI Template?: Yesenable.jpg

2. The Sales Stage. Using the Quick Creator AI flow

Now your sales team is ready to use the Quick Creator flow.

  1. Log in to the Quick Creator flow with your RAI credentials. If a sales person needs access, simply add them as a user in RAI. They can then log in to Quick Creator with those credentials (they won't have to use RAI, so you won't need to train them in it).
  2. Follow the flow. For more information, read our article "The Quick Creator AI flow"
  3. Send the link to your prospect, or open the website in the Editor using the button, if you wish to make additional adjustments.

3. The Fulfilment Stage: Turning the proposal site into a finished website

Let's say the sales team has created a website in Quick Creator AI, and pitched it to the prospect. The prospect has converted but has some changes to the website. Now, the sales person can hand the website over to the fulfilment team, who can then build out the website.

Once a website has been created in the Quick Creator AI flow, it is available like any other website in RAI. This means the fulfilment team can easily go into RAI and fulfil the new website like they would any other.
